NSW Australia 2000 on Monday 30 November 2009 at 9:00am. The prize winners will be announced on Tuesday 1 December 2009, in the lastminute.com.au eNewsletter, on the lastminute.com.au website,
and on the winatriptoparadise.com.au website. Winners will be notified by email and phone.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
  Employees of lastminute.com.au Pty Limited, other companies associated with this promotion and their families are ineligible to enter.
  Entries are only valid for Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  Entries are only valid when valid first name, surname, email address and telephone number has been supplied.
  Any change in the value of prizes between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
  No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected emails.
  Any additional costs incurred by the winners, other than those which forms part of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner.
  This includes but is not limited to transfers, spending money, meals and all other incidentals.
  Accommodation is Room Only charges.
  The judge's decision in relation to all aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  No modifications or exchanges will be possible and prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or kind.

 If the major prize winner cannot be contacted by 8:59am on 22 February 2010, the major prize will be
redrawn at 9am on 22 February 2010 at lastminute.com.au Pty Limited, Suite 1002, Level 10, 17 York St, Sydney NSW Australia 2000.
  The winner releases the Promoters from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense
(including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any
person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected to this competition.
  lastminute.com.au Pty Limited collects your information to include you in this competition
and will disclose this information only to those partners from whom you opt in to hear more from during the entry process.
  All prizes are subject to availability, non transferable and non exchangeable, must be used on any dates specified in these terms and conditions, by the Promoter and/or the prize provider and are not redeemable
for cash unless cash is specified.
  Specifically, prizes may not be valid during school holidays or other peak times designated by the prize supplier. If a prize winner does not take any element of a prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that prize
or any part of it.
 It will be each winner’s and (if applicable) their accompanying guest’s responsibility to take out all relevant insurance (including but not limited to travel insurance) which may be required or prudent to be taken
(at their own cost).
  All travel components of the major prize must be booked a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the intended dates of travel.
